Some more wedding information, in the meantime:
Gifts
Once again, if gift-giving is any kind of financial hardship for you we absolutely are not expecting anything from anybody. We will just be happy to see you all. We're so honored that so many of you are traveling from great distances to be here. Seriously, wow.
But, we know some people really like giving presents, so I registered on Amazon for a couple things. If they're out of your price range or you just want to be more original, we never say no to coffee or chocolate. Donations to Twin Oaks would be ok. Gift cards to whole foods are also always appreciated. And, probably like all of you, we are always strapped for cash.

Wedding Information
This will likely get edited in the days and weeks coming up. I'm going to put up a link to this post so that people can find it easily later on.
Travel
Several people are flying to richmond on Friday, so we will be organizing carpooling (you might have to wait a little bit after arriving so we can pick everyone up without having to go back a bunch of times in the same day, but we'll communicate this). Ditto with leaving Monday.
Accommodations
We should have room for everyone to stay here in the community. If you think you would be more comfortable at a motel, there are places nearby. Email me for details.
Twin Oaks has clean bedding, electricity, indoor plumbing, all sorts of bougie details. When I get another second I will link to some good information for guests of the community to know before arriving.
Schedule of Events
TBA, but there is much in the works: tours of the community and our surrounding land, a yoga class, brunch, a coffee house-type performance, and of course the main event.
Attire
Everyone must wear tuxedos, women and men alike.
Ok seriously, dressing up is fun, but please don't be uncomfortable. This will not be a flowing white dress affair.

We don't know quite how to handle this one yet. We are not throwing this wedding to get presents; we don't really want people to feel obligated to buy things new. If you are hard-up financially, PLEASE DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT THIS FOR ONE SECOND LONGER! Your presence will be your present.
Right now, we can mention a few things we specifically do not want or need:
Anya-related: plastic toys, new clothes
Summer/Purl related: housewares (we've got a community's worth here)
